His Patreon page lets you into his life this way: "Let me tell you my story... My name is Przemek Winnicki and I am 36 years old concert pianist. I come from Przemyśl, a small town located in the south-east corner of Poland."
We reckon many of you have seen his energetic and jovial posts on his Instagram profile, catchy and memorable. How lucky we get to see him perfrom in a very special concerto now in Tallinn, together with Ulrich Burdack, both going to give us a concert we will all remember for long long time.
Przemyslaw Winnicki is an accomplished pianist and prize winner of number of international piano competitions. In May 2022 pianist had his debut performance at Berlin Philharmony, performing Warsaw Concert by R. Addinsell. In June 2022 pianist graduated from Royal College of Music in London.
He writes on his Patreon page: "From the moment I saw a piano in the kindergarten when I was about 5, I instantly fell in love with this instrument and knew that it is going to be my future. Even though I didn't have the best start like other young aspiring pianists that were perhaps born in bigger cities or had better finandial situation, I always thought that playing the piano will take me far, because I really wanted it."
Przemek took first prize in WPTA International Piano Competiton in Serbia in 2021. He took second prize in International Piano Competition in Ischia, Italy in 2015. He is a Grand Prix Winner of the International competition for Music Teachers in Warsaw 2013. First Prize winner in “Chopin-Roma 2011” International Piano Competition. Finalist of the Moniuszko International Piano Competition 2011 and a finalist of the Yamaha Foundation Piano Competition in February 2011.
Przemek has performed as a soloist with many Orchestras:
in Austria, Reichenau with the International Summer Academy Orchestra,
in Poland with Krakow, Rzeszow and Lodz Philharmonics.
in September 2014 he performed a Piano Concerto by P. Tchaikovsky with Opole Philharmonics in Poland.
He has recorded CD with a Piano Concerto by Mozart, and made recordings for Polish RMF Classic. Since 2014 he is a member of KLER Foundation as one of the Scollarship holders.
Przemek performed many solo recitals in Poland and abroad: USA, France, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belarus, Austria.
